Wholesale Shipping FAQ

 

Q: How can I receive a shipping estimate?

Contact us for more details or if you already have a wholesale account with us, please log in and you will see shipping cost at checkout. Free shipping is available with a minimum order.
 
Q: Where do you ship from?  

We ship from our warehouse in Toronto, Canada.

Q: Do you charge any duties or fees?

Since we are a Canadian company that sells only within Canada, we do not charge our customers any import charges or fees. You are buying locally!

Q: When will I get my order?

Most orders will ship within 1 to 2 business days. If there are order that include pre-ordered items, the entire order will be shipped at once when the pre-order items are available and in-stock. The closer you are to Toronto, the faster you will receive your order.

Q: Can I pick up my order if I am in a hurry or would like to save on shipping?

We do offer curbside pickup from our warehouse in South Etobicoke, ON. If you wish to come and pick up your order, additional arrangements will need to be made but we can accomodate within reasonable time and depening on the size of the order and products in stock. Q: Will I get tracking information?

Yes, your order status will be updated with tracking information for your shipment. We ship with Canada Post. Sometimes, we do deliver if you are in Toronto or GTA and in this case, you will be notified that your package will be delivered using a Local Delivery Service.

Q: Will everything ship together?

Most orders will ship all together. In special situations and depending on the size of your order, its possible that we ship part of your order on subsequent days. However, you will still receive shipping tracking number/notification, so you know when your order will reach you.
